  • They can also intimate the company about the claim by submitting the required details at the company.s official website.
  • The customer representative will reach out to the policyholder within 24 hours with details of the required documents and further steps.
  • In case of cashless claims at network hospitals, the insurer will directly contact the hospital and clear the bills.
  • In other cases, the policyholder will need to submit all the required documents -- filled-up claim form, valid photo identity card, original discharge card/certificate/death summary, copies of prescription for diagnostic tests, treatment advice and medical references, original investigation reports, itemized original hospital bill and receipts, hospital and related original medical expense receipt, original pharmacy bills with prescriptions, etc.
