- Change of Gender treatments (Code: Excl07)
- Cosmetic or Plastic Surgery (Code: Excl08)
- Hazardous or Adventure sports (Code: Excl09)
- Breach of law (Code: Excl10)
- Excluded Providers (Code: Excl11)
- Substance Abuse and Alcohol (Code: Excl12)
- Wellness and Rejuvenation (Code: Excl13)
- Dietary Supplements & Substances (Code: Excl14)
Specific Exclusions
- Complications of pregnancy to the Surrogate Mother, which is:
- Other than Altruistic Surrogacy
- For second Surrogacy
- If the Surrogate Mother donates her own gametes
- Pre and Post Hospitalization Expenses.
- Treatment taken on OPD basis.
- Domiciliary Treatment
- Surrogacy which is for Commercial Purposes
- Complications arising due to Oocyte retrieval, if the Insured is donating for second time.
- Any claim with respect to abandon or disown or exploit or cause to be abandoned, disowned or exploited in any form, the child or children born through Surrogacy.
