Clinical Trial (No Fault) Insurance covers insured’s

• a) Liability to pay compensation for bodily injury to Research subject on No Fault Basis as per agreement between insured and Research subject
• b) Cost and Expenses in respect of above claim of Research subject

Policy can be issued either on trial period basis or annual basis as per reinsurance acceptance
