What cover is provided?

SBIG Cyber Defence provides

• Privacy breach - privacy protection against third party claims for loss of Personal Information, Commercially Confidential Information etc
• System damage - cover for lost, damaged or destroyed IT records / data, IT systems
• Business Interruption - loss of profits due to a Cyber Event.
• Computer Virus Transmission and Hacking - cover for liability arising from a hacker attack or virus on the Policyholder’s systems, or that restricts Third Party access to the Policyholder’s systems.
• Multimedia Liability - protection against libel, slander or defamation claims
• Cyber Extortion - cover for payment of ransom demands
• Reputation Cover - public relations costs incurred to mitigate damage reputation to brand and / or personal reputation of senior executives
• Privacy Fines & Investigations - cover for fines and penalties incurred by the Insured
• Privacy Breach Notification & Loss Mitigation - privacy breach costs including credit monitoring, identify theft monitoring and call centre support services
• Reward Expense- reward expenses to a third party to secure the conviction of a perpetrator
• Computer Crime - cover for crime losses including Loss of money or property
